Andrew Tate's lawyer asserts defendants want to 'hijack' justice system

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Andrew Tate and his younger brother, Tristan Tate, have recently taken legal action by filing a claim in a Florida court.

They allege that Romania has been sharing confidential information about their case with various podcasters and online personalities.

The legal saga surrounding Andrew and Tristan began in December 2022 when they were arrested on charges of human trafficking, sexual assault, and involvement in organized crime.

Following their imprisonment, they were placed under house arrest in March 2022 and subsequently released in August 2023.

In response to the allegations against them, the Tate brothers have reportedly filed a lawsuit against their accusers, accusing them of defamation.

Additionally, two of the alleged victims have claimed that they are facing harassment from supporters and associates of Andrew Tate and Tristan.

Andrew Tate's lawyer claims Romanian court is leaking classified data from Top G's case

In a recent filing within a Florida civil lawsuit, attorneys representing Andrew and Tristan are raising concerns about the Romanian court that issued the indictment against the brothers on human trafficking charges.

They allege that the court is sharing information about the criminal case against Tates with unspecified podcasters and online personalities.

In this recent legal filing, the Tate brothers' attorneys addressed a complaint where the defendants are seeking anonymity in an ongoing lawsuit.

This lawsuit was initiated in July, naming the defendants as participants in a deliberate effort to tarnish the brothers' reputation, resulting in an alleged minimum of $5 million in damages.

The claimed defamation arises from the defendant's involvement in the Romanian criminal case against the brothers, leading to their arrest in December 2022.

According to Daily Dot's report from last week, the defendants argued for anonymous proceedings due to the sensitive nature of the case and threats they claim to have received concerning their safety and privacy.

The defendants also reportedly petitioned the court to seal any records discussing their intimate histories.

They repotedly argued that the complaint filed by the Tate brothers detailed a history of alleged sexual abuse experienced by one of the defendants during their youth.

According to Daily Dot, they contended that publicizing their names led to emotional distress, violated their substantial privacy rights, and jeopardized their safety.

The lawyers representing Tate reportedly assert that the defendant's motion should be dismissed, alleging that one of them is attempting to manipulate the justice system to conceal her misconduct and questionable behavior under a false identity.

As per the outlet, Tates' lawyers asserted that the defendants would "hijack the justice system to hide her wrongdoings and nefarious conduct under a false name."

Andrew and Tristan's lawyer reportedly asserted that granting anonymity, would provide the alleged with yet another alias to shield her questionable behavior.

The lawyer further asserted that anonymity would give the defendant "one more in a long list of aliases that she would use to hide her outrageous conduct.”

Tate's lawyers presented a screenshot of a tweet from @CrayonMurders, which documents the charges against the Tates on X, to support their claim that the Romanian government is disseminating information to various online figures.

In one tweet user CrayonMurders wrote, "Pages from the indictment. Cope."

However, one X user seemed to rebuke the claims of the documents being real.

The user tweeted, "Same fake s**t everywhere Romanian documents are not in English but in Romanian N if you do the translation the diicot watermark is not shown Do better than show the same fake things When the rape charges were dropped from their first hearing."

Andrew Tate's alleged victim accuses Top G's fans of harrasment

The Tate brothers recently submitted a series of documents containing information about the defendants, two of whom are also rreportedly accusers in the criminal case against them.

The filing by Tate's lawyers included a copy of the victim statement provided to the Romanian Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT).

According to the source outlet, lawyers representing the Tate brothers did not respond to inquiries about which other podcasters or online personalities might be receiving information from the Romanian court.
