BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate made a highly anticipated appearance in a recent Rumble live stream after a long time. The brothers used the live stream to shed light on their ongoing investigations regarding human trafficking and organized crime in Romania. Addressing their supporters, Andrew clarified that much of the information circulating about their case was inaccurate, emphasizing that five out of the six human trafficking charges against them had been dropped.

After being in prison for three months, Tristan and Andrew were finally granted release on March 31 and were put on house arrest. The Rumble live stream marked the first occasion after their release in which the Tate brothers delved into the intricacies of the investigation surrounding them.

'Five of the charges were removed'

During their 'Emergency meeting' live stream on Rumble, Tristan and Andrew took the opportunity to address the misconceptions surrounding their case and provide clarity. Andrew stated, "Yesterday we were at DIICOT's office and five of the charges were removed." To which Tristan added, "Yesterday when they changed the status of the case file, they have to call you to the offices of DIICOT. So, I was looking at six counts of human trafficking... And when I left the building, I was facing one count of human trafficking. So that's yesterday summed up as a whole. I don't know where the other five counts went, I don't know why they were around for so long before they disappeared for 14 months." Tristan also said, "I think it's very important to explain what we are allowed to explain about exactly what we are accused of because there is a lot of confusion."

Tristan proceeded to outline the allegations put forth by the Romanian authorities, saying, "Here is the official story. In 2021, two years ago, my brother and I formed an organized criminal gang with the intent of moving women to Romania so we could steal money from their TikTok accounts to enrich ourselves."

'Big boss is back'

The 'Emergency Meeting' live stream hosted by Andrew and Tristan was incredibly popular on Rumble and was viewed by around 4.3 million people. Several people also replied to Andrew's tweet announcing that the stream was about to start.

One fan wrote, "Mr producer you make the best shows 🎵," while another said, "Big boss is back ❤️." "Best brothers out there," said one complimenting the bond between the brothers.
