Andrew Tate takes a dig at BBC after esteemed presenter Huw Edwards was accused of sexual assault

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Andrew Tate regularly expresses his frustration regarding how he was treated by the media or the "Matrix," a term he often uses to refer to the system or establishment. He consistently questions the perceived inequality in how he was treated as compared to other individuals who have been accused of sexual assault. This time, when a top presenter from the BBC was accused of being a sexual offender, Tate did not shy away from criticizing the media giant for what he perceived as biased treatment.

Tate has been formally charged by the Bucharest Court of Appeal with several serious offenses, including sexual assault, organized crime and human trafficking. However, he has vehemently denied all of these charges and compared his situation to that of other sexual offenders who had recently come to light.

'How the tables have turned'

According to a recent report, Tate shared a clip captioned, "Well well well, how the tables have turned. Listen to Huw Edwards expressing his concerns about the effect @Cobratate’s message is having on teenage boys," on Twitter that was originally posted by the user @censoredmen. The clip featured Huw Edwards, a well-known presenter, discussing the topic of Tate's influence on teenage boys in a news segment. During the segment, Edwards openly expressed his concerns about the matter. Tate chose to share the clip and added a comment, stating that the TV presenter, who is affiliated with the BBC, had recently been exposed as a sexual predator. By sharing this clip, Tate appeared to draw attention to the accusations against Edwards and raise questions about his credibility.

Tate wrote, "This TV presenter, who works for the BBC, has just been ousted as a sexual predator."

Edwards, the esteemed newsreader famous for his announcement of Queen Elizabeth's death, was accused of sending inappropriate messages to employees at the BBC. He was also named as the suspended presenter who allegedly paid a sum of £35,000 (~$45,706) to a teenager in exchange for explicit images. These allegations have sparked a controversy around Edwards and have cast doubt on his professional reputation.

Andrew Tate called out BBC journalist Lucy Anderson

Following the revelation of the scandal involving the BBC presenter a few days ago, Tate was one of the first who promptly highlighted the issue. In a previous tweet, he wasted no time in calling out the BBC and questioning the perspective of journalist Lucy Anderson, who works for the organization.

Tate portrayed the BBC as a platform filled with sexual predators, while simultaneously attempting to scrutinize Anderson's morality for being associated with such an institution

'I wonder how Lucy feels about this'

After Tate publicly criticized the BBC and Edwards numerous users swiftly joined the conversation to express their own opinions on the matter. His comments seemed to have sparked a wave of responses from individuals who were eager to share their views and contribute to the ongoing discussion. One user wrote, "It’s a job requirement for the bbc mate." Another user wrote, "I wonder how Lucy feels about this." A user wrote, "BBC are a bunch of hypocrites. Ban the BBC."
