LA JOLLA, SAN DIEGO: Noah Erb has proposed to Abigail Heringer with a beautiful four-carat ring. The 'Bachelor in Paradise' alumni made a lovely Instagram post on August 9 in which they confirmed their engagement.

Two years after their stay in Paradise ended, Abigail and Noah announced their engagement. Abigail, who was on 'The Bachelor' Season 25 fighting for Matt James' affections also made history as the franchise's first deaf contestant, and Noah, who appeared on 'The Bachelorette' Season 16, met on the famous spin-off and struck it off, but broke their romance before the season was done. Their bond was too strong, however, and Abigail and Noah reunited just a few months later, in July 2021, and have been together ever since. Noah told People that "the proposal was perfect and everything I wanted to incorporate to make it special and ours."

'The proposal was perfect'

"I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, and I want ‘em all," the pair captioned a carousel of photographs from their big day on Instagram. Noah also shared the IG on his story, commenting, "Forever has a nice ring to it."

According to People, Noah proposed on August 8 at a beachside house in La Jolla, San Diego. Despite the fact that it happened a month ahead of schedule (due to the pair returning to Tulsa, Oklahoma, earlier than intended), he told the source, "It was stunning and exactly what she was hoping for. I called her parents a couple of days before to fill them in on my plans," he continued before adding, "The proposal was perfect and everything I wanted to incorporate to make it special and ours."

Fellow 'Bachelor in Paradise' alums Thomas Jacobs and Becca Kufrin reportedly assisted in making the surprise proposal a success. "Thomas helped me with the arrangements and get everything set up," Noah said. "[Abigail] thought I was playing pickleball with Thomas and was inviting her and Becca to join us for a sunset at his friends' house. She had no clue the engagement was happening until we walked up the stairs to the rooftop and saw the roses and candles overlooking the ocean," he added.

'Most wholesome couple from bachelor nation'

The comments on Abigail's Instagram picture have been filled with congratulatory thoughts as the love pours in. Hailing Bachelorette Charity Lawson wrote, "Congratulations!!!! ." Former Bachelorette Tayshia Adams commented, "Omgggg CONGRATS TO YOU BOTH! ." 'Vanderpump Rules' star Brittany Cartwright added, "Congratulations." 'Bachelor in Paradise' star Serena Pitt further wrote, "CONGRATULATIONS!!! Screaming crying throwing up! Love you both so so much ."

Fans of the couple took to the comment section to express their excitement, "Stop it!! I thought you already were but damn I guess now it’s official!!!! New dog. New bling. New house. So excited for you both can’t wait to see the best man in a tux," said a user. Another person chimed in, "CAPTION also congrats! You guys are one of my favorite bach couples." Others added, "Most wholesome couple from bachelor nation so so happy for you both!!!" "I’ve been waiting to see this post! Heck yeah!!!," wrote another user.
