Robach shared a series of snaps with her late friend Hutcherson on her Instagram handle. She met Hutcherson one year after the former ‘GMA’ star was diagnosed with cancer.

Robach was diagnosed with stage two breast cancer in 2013, while Hutcherson had a long battle with cancer. The dancer died at the age of 34.

Shared in the ex-ABC anchor's Instagram post was a photo of the cover page of Hutcherson’s funeral program.

Robach shared some beautiful moments with Hutcherson with her followers as she posted a range of photos she clicked with her late friend over the years. Moreover, the ousted ‘GMA’ star went into detail about their friendship in her post's caption.

She recalled, "I first met sweet @oliviadance1 one year after my own cancer diagnosis. We were both in remission and feeling hopeful and positive after our Stage 2 diagnoses.”

She continued, “A few years later, Olivia was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. She took that news and fought. She danced. She inspired. She believed. She loved. She LIVED.”

Robach prayed for her friend and concluded, “Rest in peace, my friend. Your last words to me were of encouragement, love, acceptance, and faith. May you rest in peace and fly.”

Robach had earlier shared a snap of her receiving chemotherapy in October 2023 in light of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
