Speculation is rife that Alix Earle may be moving to TV after quitting TikTok

FLORIDA, MIAMI: Speculation is rife that Alix Earle may be quitting TikTok to focus on her own reality TV show 'Earles Girls'.

Earle has become the center of attention on social media as her fans are abuzz with the notion that the TikTok sensation may be making a significant move to TV.

Alix Earle's transition from TikTok to TV sparks online buzz

In a recent TikTok, Earle bid farewell to her sister, Ashtin, who was going to study abroad in Florence.

On the surface, it appeared to be a heartfelt sibling moment, but eagle-eyed TikTok users such as @emilydigregorio noticed something intriguing.

A black cord was seen trailing from Earle's pocket, leading some to believe it was connected to a microphone pack.

The TikTok user wasted no time in sharing her suspicions through a green-screen video, where she juxtaposed a screenshot from Earle's TikTok with an image of a typical TV microphone pack.

“I know people have predicted this [an Earle family reality show], but I think this is the proof we needed,” she said.

She added, “Could [the wire] be headphones? Yes, but I have a feeling that she probably has AirPods or those big Apple ones. The placement is just a little weird…”

The rumors gained credence due to Earle's extended stay with her family in New Jersey throughout summer.

Questions have been raised as to whether this stay was related to the filming process, particularly given that Earle's primary residence is in Miami.

Adding to the intrigue, Earle, Ashtin and their stepmother, Ashley, have all used the hashtag #EarleGirls in their social media posts.

Many TikTok users now believe that this could potentially be the title of the rumored reality show.

As rumors about 'Earles Girls' grew, TikTok's PR commentary expert, Robyn DelMonte aka GirlBossTown, shared her thoughts on the matter.

Drawing parallels to the early seasons of 'The Kardashians', only fuelled the speculations. DelMonte began her commentary by expressing her belief that the rumored show was indeed in the works.

"First and foremost, I definitely think this is happening. I think it's pretty obvious," she claimed.

She drew a connection to the circumstances surrounding the debut of 'The Kardashians' in 2007, during the SAG strike, which led to a surge in reality TV production during the period when scripted content was limited.

Highlighting the similarities between the Earle family dynamic and the Kardashians, DelMonte noted that Earle's father, much like the Kardashian patriarch, has achieved remarkable success in the construction industry.

"Alix Earle’s dad is extremely successful in business, similar to the Kardashian’s dad, which gave them a childhood of wealth," DelMonte claimed.

She continued, "But just like the Kardashians, they also went through some trials and tribulations in front of the media when the girls were younger."

She added, "But then skip to a bunch of years later, one of the sisters of this famous family decides to take the spotlight in traditional Hollywood..."

Back in 2008, Ashley was embroiled in a scandal connected to then-New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, a chapter that brought her into the limelight.

The scandal surrounding Ashley's association with Spitzer is no secret, and it has become an element that fans find particularly captivating.

In the eyes of many, this intriguing history only amplifies the appeal of the Earle family as potential subjects for a reality TV show.

'Earles Girls' rumored to be on Unwell Network

Speculation about 'Earles Girls' has taken an intriguing turn as Earle's followers now believe it may have found a home on the Unwell Network.

This network, which caters to the Gen Z audience and supports creators in their creative ventures, is the brainchild of Alex Cooper, a prominent figure in the media landscape.

Earle's association with the Unwell Network was unveiled in August, signaling a promising partnership.

Notably, the Unwell Network operates as a subsidiary of Trending, a media company co-founded by Alex Cooper and her fiance, Matt Kaplan.

Kaplan also serves as the CEO of ACE Entertainment, a company renowned for producing feature films, TV series and digital content aimed at young audiences.
