Ron Sexton reportedly died from the combined toxic effects of fentanyl and ethyl alcohol

COLUMBUS, OHIO: Beloved comedian Ron Sexton was tragically found "blue" and "naked" in his hotel room on Friday, July 21. The Hamilton County coroner in Ohio has reportedly determined that his cause of death was a fentanyl and alcohol overdose, as per The Sun.

The comedian, who played the much-loved character Donnie Baker on 'The Bob and Tom Morning' radio show, was discovered dead while touring and presenting his Donnie Baker stand-up routine.

A friend reportedly alerted the police when Sexton failed to show up for a meeting before his scheduled show in Dayton, Ohio, in July.

The Harrison police department immediately launched an investigation into his untimely death.

The comedian's wife Tracey was classified as his next of kin in the records while his alleged mistress was also named on the report as an OIV, which is police jargon for offender/involved/victim.
