IShowPseed had to pay to get unbanned from OmeTV twice while he was streaming

CINCINNATI, OHIO: In August 2023, Darren Jason Watkins Jr, better known as IShowSpeed, a content maker and live broadcaster, surpassed the 20 million subscriber threshold after accidentally revealing his private area during a livestream.

Despite being an established celebrity, IShowSpeed got banned from OmeTV twice in one day, after having escaped a YouTube ban over flashing his viewers.

During his livestream, Speed makes an effort to incorporate a range of content. Even though he is best known for his gaming-related content, he frequently uses Omegle and OmeTV as a platform to interact with his global fan base.

Why is IShowSpeed banned from OmeTV?

IShowSpeed was spotted using OmeTV and interacting with several people during his most recent live stream. The YouTuber was astonished and perplexed when his video chat abruptly crashed while he was talking to another person.

His face-revealing video conversation was forbidden, according to the information displayed on the screen.

On stream, Speed questions right away if his ban from the chat was solely due to his appearance. “Am I that ugly, am I that f**king ugly that you ban me because of my f**king face,” he shouted in response to the circumstance.

He questioned his audience's sincerity and said that there was no way he could be that unattractive. He eventually conceded to paying OmeTV in order to be unbanned despite warnings to "never in your life ever do that."

But a bit later, when chatting with a few girls, the same thing happened, with a screengrab of his face from a few moments ago showing up alongside the message of the ban, like before. He informed his audience that OmeTV had once again banned him due to his appearance.

But in the hopes that it wouldn't happen again, he consented to pay to be unbanned once more. Additionally, he said that he would stop the broadcast entirely if it happened again.

IShowSpeed's HQ handle on platform X (previously known as Twitter) posted, "BREAKING: Speed gets banned on Omegle for the SECOND TIME TODAY for being ugly."

The clip shows a frustrated Speed screaming, “I am not that damn ugly.”

IShowSpeed has a history of suspension

Speed has already received suspensions before in his career. A few years ago, Twitch permanently barred IShowSpeed. He may have made sexist remarks directed towards other people, for which the platform permanently banned him.

He was informed via official mail that he had been suspended from the stage due to sexual coercion and intimidation. Live-streaming celebrity Kai Cenat recently offered to assist him in being unbanned from the website.

Cenat asserted that if Speed's suspension was not lifted, he would stop streaming on Twitch. The Twitch CEO was recently met by Kai Cenat and Speed in an effort to get the YouTuber's ban lifted.
