The person also claimed that Kevin Spacey touched his inner thighs and genitals over his clothes

LONDON, UK: Kevin Spacey’s trial in a sexual assault case is getting intense. On Monday, July 3, one of the alleged victims claimed that the actor had groped him ‘a good dozen times.’ The person also claimed that he touched his inner thighs and genitals over his clothes, and smacked his arse, including putting his hands on Spacey’s genitals. As per the individual, the incident took place a few years ago.

The man compared Spacey with his character in the movie ‘Se7en’ directed by David Fincher in a UK court. “His character in ‘Se7en,’ he’s a bit like that. A bit creepy. Maybe not quite as bad,” the man claimed. Spacey played the role of a murderer inspired by the seven deadly sins in the 1995 crime-thriller. The actor is widely celebrated for his performance in ‘House of Cards’ and ‘Americal Beauty,’ and is currently on trial for 12 counts of sexual assault against different men. The incidents are said to have taken place somewhere between 2001 and 2013, however, Spacey denies all the charges.

'He wasn’t embarrassed'

The alleged victim on Monday, pointed to the court, “He was almost, right from the get-go, grooming me. It turned into inappropriate and unwanted touching. He’d grab my hand and put my hand on his privates. I used to call him a weirdo. I used to say ‘You’re a f*****g weirdo.’ He used to laugh about it, he used to find it funny… he wasn’t embarrassed.”

The man further said in a pre-recorded video, “His hand hit me quite hard on the inside thigh then moved up, real thud, hit me right in the nuts basically. It took my breath away.” The man said he pulled the car over and told Spacey “It f*****g hurt, you can’t do that.” In response, Spacey just “giggled.”

When asked why he waited so long to report, the alleged victim responded that he felt ‘embarrassed.’ The UK laws protect the identity of the sexual assault victim as he remains anonymous, reports Variety.

'There are people right now who are ready to hire me'

Recently in an interview with ZEITmagazin, Spacey expressed his confidence to return to work, "I know that there are people right now who are ready to hire me the moment I am cleared of these charges in London. The second that happens, they’re ready to move forward." The Oscars-winner also said, "It’s a time in which a lot of people are very afraid that if they support me, they will be canceled."
