CLEVELAND, OHIO: YouTuber Logan Paul has respect for Rey Mysterio, the current WWE United States Champion and Hall of Famer. Nevertheless, when they square off at the WWE Crown Jewel Premium Live Event on November 4, 2023, "The Maverick" will do all in his power to overthrow the seasoned celebrity.

Since making his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 38, where he and The Miz emerged victorious in a tag match against Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik, Paul has continued to play an active role within the WWE.

With a strong sense of confidence, Paul said on his 'IMPAULSIVE' podcast that he will defeat Rey Mysterio to become the next United States Champion.

"I'm coming for you bro, you're looking at the future US champ right here," Logan Paul said.

He further added, "Unfortunately, I got to take it from Rey Mysterio, the legend. I might have to punch him in the face a few times but... yeah, it sucks. I love Rey Mysterio as a wrestler. I respect Rey, how can you not? He's one of the greatest and surely the greatest luchador of all time. He just has something I need."

On Friday's episode of WWE SmackDown, they will have their weigh-in session prior to their highly anticipated match.

"I got this WWE bug, dude. I got the bug, and that's why I got it. I'm doing these things and I'm like 'oh this comes so much more natural to me than Boxing," Paul said.

He added, "Like, people tell me I belong here, I actually kind of feel like I belong, and I have the opportunity to go after these champions and win these belts and I'm like, I don't know how many humans get this opportunity, I might have to take this."
