Metallica got an extra four-legged fan after a runaway dog arrived at the band's Los Angeles concert

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Metallica gained a new four-legged fan after Storm, the Husky, got away from its owner and turned up at the metal band's Los Angeles gig.

Storm was able to not only leave her house unnoticed but also find a seat at the So-Fi stadium concert on August 25.

Metal fans quickly snapped amusing photos of Storm the Husky sitting down calmly during that concert and posted them on social media.

Even Metallica made light of the situation in a social media post, writing, "She had a great time listening to her favorite songs, including Barx Æterna, Master of Puppies and The Mailman That Never Comes."

As per Daily Mail, the Grammy-winning artists were performing at their #M72LA event when the husky decided that she wanted to join in on the fun.

Husky Storm was caught red-handed enjoying Metallica concert

Husky Storm went missing on August 25 and her owner, Arizbeth Hurtado, was distraught.

She spent three hours driving around the neighborhood in vain trying to find the pooch.

The 23-year-old dental office worker and her parents were heartbroken when they went looking for her again and the dog wasn't found the next day.

The mischievous canine was only apprehended while presumably taking in the heavy metal band's concert at the SoFi stadium in Inglewood, California after a family member suggested posting a missing dog notice.

In a humorous photo, Storm can be seen sitting in a chair with her tongue hanging out, seemingly enjoying the Metallica concert.

Before receiving a response from Arizbeth, the Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation's initial post mistakenly said that Storm had been abandoned at the stadium and required an urgent foster home.

After Storm was discovered at the venue and the story went viral, the organization reassured readers that she was fine and that "the pup was taken to a nearby shelter by Animal Services."

The dog was claimed by a local resident the following day, who claimed that she had escaped from their yard, according to the charity.

After a quick investigation, the Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation found that the person's account was credible.

The Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation added, "Based on the [owner's] Facebook page, the dog looks cared for and loved. Thank you to everyone who helped to share the post. Happy that the dog found its way home."

How did Husky Storm sneak past security and attend the concert?

Since only service animals are allowed on the premises, it is still unknown how Storm was able to get past security and find an empty seat, but her owner is relieved that the dog is "home and safe."

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Arizbeth later told PetHelpful how her husky ended up going to a metal show.

She told the newspaper, "We learned something new about her.. she is apparently a huge Metallica fan who decided to sneak out for the concert!"

Storm attended the group's LA concert at SoFi Stadium, where she took in an evening of the band's greatest hits, according to the heavy metal band's social media post.

Metallica's Facebook page stated, "Our friend Storm snuck out of her home adjacent to SoFi Stadium and made her way to the gig all by herself."

The band posted a picture of the dog chilling out in a stadium seat, staring intently at the stage.

The Facebook post added, "After a full night taking in the show with her #MetallicaFamily, Storm was safely reunited with her actual family the next day."

Despite the fact that Storm was fortunate enough to join the band's LA fans in rocking out, Metallica recommended that others "definitely shouldn't bring" their dogs to any of their world tour dates.

The band's message continued, "But this dog sure did have her day… "
