MIAMI, FLORIDA: Jacky Oh, a former cast member of Nick Cannon’s comedy show 'Wild 'N Out,' died of complications from cosmetic surgery, according to the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The police department, as per Fox News, confirmed that there will be "no criminal investigation" into her death, which has been ruled "accidental."

Jacky Oh’s medical history and prescriptions revealed

The medical report, as per the publication, suggested that Jacky Oh whose real name was Jacklyn Smith, underwent a “gluteal augmentation procedure” on May 30 and developed a severe headache the next day.

She was advised to take ibuprofen and stop taking an anti-nausea medication by her doctor, but her condition worsened and she became unresponsive before reaching the emergency room. She was pronounced dead on May 31.

The medical examiner’s report stated that Jacky Oh had been prescribed an antibiotic, an opioid painkiller, and an anti-vomiting drug after the surgery.

It also noted that she did not use tobacco, alcohol or drugs, and had previously had a successful breast surgery.

Jacky Oh’s career and relationship with DC Young Fly

Jacky Oh was a popular personality on 'Wild 'N Out,' a sketch comedy show hosted by Nick Cannon.

She joined the show in 2014 and appeared in five seasons. She also met her longtime partner, DC Young Fly, on the show in 2015.

The couple share three children Nova, Nala and Prince.

BET Media Group, which owns MTV, the network that airs 'Wild 'N Out', expressed its condolences to Jacky Oh’s family and friends in a statement.

“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild 'N Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed,” the statement read.

“More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children,” the statement added.

DC Young Fly struggles to cope with Jacky Oh’s death

DC Young Fly opened up about his grief and coping on 'The Steve Harvey Morning Show,' a month after sharing a joint statement with family.

He said that he did not know how to deal with real-life situations like this and that he was trying to stay strong for his children.

“There’s no human secret way of dealing with things, especially when real life hits you,” he said.

“And I think a lot of people don’t know real life — you make and create how your life can go today, but you don’t know where your life is going to go tomorrow," he added.

“Once I learned that I can't control life and the things that surround it, but I can control my spirit — it's one thing I do got control over — I don't care about nothing,” he continued.

“Day for day, I don’t know what I’m going to do. “I just thank God I still have my mind to figure it out," he added.
