‘I finally get to do it’

After a two-year delay caused by the pandemic, PewDiePie and his wife Marzia finally decided their plan of relocating to Japan, settling there a year ago. To commemorate their one-year anniversary of living in the country, the popular YouTube star has unveiled a comprehensive review of Japan in a video titled “Reviewing Japan”, highlighting both the aspects he enjoyed and those he found less appealing.

PewDiePie felt relaxed and said, “It’s not really Japan, I could have done that anywhere. But it’s largely why I enjoy it so much here. For my entire 20s, I did nothing but Youtube. That was my life and that’s ok But I also think it was a little toxic.” He also said, “It feels good to finally be free from the content grind I finally get to do it”

He also claimed the dislike, “Japan has so many rules, and it’s a bit conflicting for me to complain about because a lot of the best stuff about Japan, a lot of the reasons why Japan works so well, is because of the rules. But sometimes, there are rules that just don’t make any sense. I have no problem following rules as long as I understand the reason for it, you know a lot of it is just, "Be thoughtful of other people, it’s not just about you."
