After scoring the "longest kiss in Bachelor Nation history" with Charity Lawson, Joey is off to set another benchmark. In Monday's episode of ABC's 'The Bachelorette' Season 20, we saw Joey bringing his grandfather's letters on the date.

Even though this was a heart melting gesture, but it seems to have done the opposite effect on the viewers. Where fans were meant to be taken away by Joey's sweetness as he brought his grandparent's letters on the table, many called it out to be "tacky." Moreover, some slammed the gesture, saying it be an attempt to move ahead in the show.
