Tristan Tate criticized Logan Paul and Nina Agdal's legal actions against Dillon Danis

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: In a surprising twist of events, Tristan Tate has backed off from 'funding' the upcoming fight between Dillon Danis and Logan Paul.

Andrew Tate's brother claimed he's now uninterested in watching the fight.

Paul aka 'The Maverik' and Danis are slated to face each other in a six-round exhibition bout of boxing on October 14. The match will take place as the co-main event in the Misfits X DAZN: The Prime Card event at the AO Arena in Manchester, England.

Tristan Tate takes a step back from Logan Paul vs Dillon Danis

Recently, Tristan Tate revealed that the legal actions taken by Logan Paul and his fiancee Nina Agdal against Dillon Danis had substantially lessened the anticipation of the battle.

Tate wrote on X, (formerly known as Twitter), "Now that the single most hyped and anticipated influencer boxing match in world history has turned into a 'Sue off' I won’t be watching."

He further added, "Trash talk and hype are great and everybody wanted to see it, myself included. However, I am uninterested in funding legal teams. I'm out."

The highly anticipated fight's buildup has been mired in controversy.

For the unversed, Danis took a divisive stance since the battle was announced in July by posting images and videos of Agdal, on social media, seemingly trolling Paul's fiancee.

Logan Paul plans to take additional legal actions against Dillon Danis

Agdal this past month filed a lawsuit and a restraining order against Danis after he posted online a number of explicit images and videos of her while taunting Paul.

Agdal’s lawsuit claims Danis violated revenge porn laws when he posted illicitly obtained material that she said was traced to the alleged hacking of her Snapchat account in 2022.

While Paul is focused on their upcoming fight, he advises Danis to take the lawsuit seriously, because it’s only going to get worse for him.

The influencers turned fighters talked about the Brazilian jiu-jitsu grappler's allegations that he needs to spend $400,000 on legal fees and that this financial obligation will force him to fight during a recent episode of 'BS w/ Jake Paul'.

Logan Paul said, "There's more counts coming. It's heavy dude. I'll be honest, it's a f*****g 50. caliber Adamantium bullet to the dome. He's f****d... We're about to catch a predator on October 14th."

Jake Paul responded, "He has to fight now because he has tons of lawyers to pay for... Probably 2-3 years worth of lawyers... He said $400k in lawyer fees? It's probably going to be way more than that actually."
