Vince Russo praised Logan, calling him the most credible star in the lineup for WWE's MITB match

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On Monday Night RAW, Logan Paul made his comeback to the WWE and used a promo to get a place in the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match. After the performance, Vince Russo praised Logan, calling him the most credible star on the cast, while speculating that Paul could have the flexibility to create his own promotional material.

Logan Paul has been a revelation since joining the pro wrestling scene and has won over many fans with his performances. However, Paul doesn't work as a professional performer full-time and only sometimes appears in WWE to take part in notable matches.

‘Genuine human being’

Logan appeared in the MITB contract match as expected and got into a fight with other participants on RAW. Logan Paul appeared more credible as a star than other performers in the group, according to Vince Russo. The former writer then made the assumption that Paul may even decline to mouth WWE lines to make his promos appear more genuine.

“Without a shadow of a doubt, I just saw a three-hour RAW with; I can't tell you how many wrestlers are on here. The most believable one of the entire night happens not to be on the WWE roster. And that's Logan Paul. I don't know what the deal is with Logan Paul, bro. I don't know if they try to tell him what to say, and he says, 'No bro, nobody's going to tell me what to say.' I don't know if they even bother to tell him what to say; they kind of let him just go out there and freelance,” he said.

Additionally, Vince Russo contrasted Logan Paul's performance on the mic to that of his WWE colleagues and claimed that the social media sensation was the only one who in the eyes of the audience appeared to be a "genuine human being."

“But, far and away, you can look at every single promo on this show, and you can look at wrestlers who've been with this company for over a decade. And he, far and away, was the only one that came across tonight as a genuine human being,” he said.

‘The only believable person on the entire show’

Even veteran wrestlers who have been in the industry for decades, according to Russo, deliver robotic, monotonous, and downright boring promos. The previous author concentrated on Logan Paul's episode, in which the young actor defeated the men he was supposed to compete against at Money in the Bank. Russo acknowledged that it was a "joke" of an angle, but he appreciated how Triple H's staff made the social media craze seem significant as the 28-year-old posed with the MITB briefcase.

“Everybody else came along as AI clone robot wrestlers with the same non-emotional promos, and I've got to tell you, bro, for me, he was really the only part of the show. Now, that segment, of course, was a joke wrestling segment. I love the way it winds up with the non-wrestler being the only one left standing. It really shows you what the WWE thinks of their roster. But from a performance point of view, this guy, to me, is the only believable person on the entire show,” he said.
