LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Gary King is facing sexual assault allegations against him after a staffer accused him of ‘forcing himself on her.’ According to Samantha Suarez, the incident took place last summer during the production of Season 4 of the ‘Sailing Yacht’ spinoff.

The 27-year-old woman told Rolling Stone that she met King for the first time after the cast and crew arrived in Sardinia, Italy for the shoot.

What job exactly did the staffer have?

Suarez shared that the crew used to stay at a hotel for the duration of filming, and cast members would join them before going on the yacht and also during the off days.

On one of those days, when the cast wasn’t shooting, the staffer reportedly accompanied King back to his hotel room after filming.

Suarez, who also worked alongside a talent manager with daily tasks, such as burning food and water to cast members said, “There is no limit to alcohol consumption whatsoever, which I think poses a really big problem,” she told the outlet.

Was Gary King drunk?

She recalled the 35–year–old actor ‘behaving erratically’ when she came with supplies to his room, yelling from his balcony to his castmates to ask them to leave the room, and that was not allowed.

Suarez further alleges King begged her not to leave his room, and she even joked that she would sit outside the door to make sure he didn’t leave.

The staffer then claims that the TV personality asked her to get in bed with him. She added that he was aware that she was in a relationship with someone else.

“I was like, ‘I have to go — I need to go bring other people water and food,’ and he’s like, ‘No, no, please,’” Suarez said as per Rolling Stone. “So I stepped into the room to set the case of waters down and again, he’s repeating, ‘Don’t leave,’ and I was like, ‘I have to go, I’m not staying'," she added.

The staffer turned toward the door, and that’s when King allegedly “came up behind her, grabbed her, pressed her against his body and refused to let go of her” even though she tried to “kick and elbow him to get him off her.”

“At that point, I didn’t know what was going to happen. I was freaking out,” she said before adding “It just happened so fast.”
