The couple managed to make fans believe that they were the most genuine couple of the villa. Indeed, the couple bagged the most votes, making them take away the Season's title.
Towards the end of 'Love Island USA' Season 5 finale, Hannah and Marco got $100,000 prize money as they were announced the winner.
With Hannah and Marco being announced as the winner, Kassy Castillo and Leonardo Dionicio came in the second place.

Hannah and Marco were seen getting past all the hurdles in the villa. Even though the couple did not steal much of the limelight as compared to Kassy and Leo, they certainly managed to take away the "most stable" couple's title.
In the Casa Amor twist, we saw the producers bringing in the challenge in Hannah and Marco's relationship by introducing Marco's ex Hannah Ortega in the show.
Even though Marco had a soft side for his ex, he did not forget that he was falling for Hannah in the villa.
Even after being set up for a romantic date Marco managed to stay loyal to his original connection in the house.
As the Casa Amor twist ended, Marco went back to pair up with Hannah. The couple then lived together in the villa and took small steps to grow their connection.

In the finale episode, we saw Marco and Hannah going on a romantic date. In the middle of the beach, a candlelight dinner with flowers and plants all around was organized for the couple.
In the heartwhelming setup, Marco confessed, "I feel like every whole that was in my life, you're like slowly patching as the days go on."
He further praised Hannah's presence saying, "You're just making me feel, like alive again. You're bringing out like, an inner self that, like, I've never felt before."
The star then went on to ask Hannah to be his girlfriend. To this, Hannah, with a big smile on her face, replied, "I'll be your girlfriend."
