AUSTIN, TEXAS: 'The Bachelor' Season 27 concluded with Zach Shallcross' proposal to Kaity Biggar. They looked perfect for each other. Months later, they've taken the next big step in their relationship and Bachelor Nation is overjoyed.
Zach and Kaity got engaged in 'The Bachelor' Season 27 finale but the main question was whether they would be able to continue their romance after the show. Zach, a 26-year-old technology executive, and Kaity, a 27-year-old emergency room travel nurse, presently live in Austin, Texas. They were attracted to each other on the first night, sharing a kiss and a terrific conversation. Kaity and Zach had some memorable dates, including an overnight one-on-one date at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles, a romantic one-on-one date in Budapest, Hungary, and a great hometown date in Austin. Zach and Kaity's relationship was tested at the Fantasy Suites when he admitted to her that he had been intimate with Gabi Elnicki on their overnight date despite swearing not to sleep with anybody. They sorted out their differences after some long chats and Kaity consented to stay with him in the Fantasy Suite. Kaity met Zach's family and confessed her feelings for him. Zach eventually chose Kaity and told her he loved her. He proposed to her, which she gladly accepted. Bachelor Nation, on the other hand, had been wondering whether they're still together eight months after filming of the show wrapped.
Are Zach and Kaity still together?
Kaity and Zach emerged as a couple in public for the first time since they wrapped filming on 'The Bachelor' finale. They were relieved to no longer have to conceal Kaity's magnificent engagement ring. Kaity noted that the Fantasy Suites week was tough to remember but she and Zach are proud of their communication skills and dedication to one another. They emerged stronger on the other side. Kaity uploaded a collage of photos from their engagement photo shoot in May 2023. They appear to be closer than ever.
Zach and Kaity are excited about their future together. They had intended to fly to New York when they finished filming. Zach and Kaity had planned to move in together in Austin this summer. This came to fruition on July 9, 2023, when Kaity took to Instagram to offer an important update about their relationship. "Officially roomates🏡😜🍾💛," she said in the caption of her most recent post, which contained a few photos of the duo together in their new house. Zach commented under the post appreciating his partner's skills, "And she’s an incredible interior designer too!!"
Zach previously stated that they are planning their wedding for 2025 because they want to appreciate the simple things together right now. He went on to say that following the wedding, they'll start thinking about having children. Kaity has recently returned to her nursing career, while Zach is hoping to get another job as a tech executive, which was his previous occupation.
